About Jeanette Fors-Andrée

I am a crisis manager, media trainer and media adviser at my own firm, Jeanette Fors-Andrée AB.

Every day, I guide organisations and senior business executives through trust crises, and prevent or defuse media storms. One of the most important lessons: the biggest mistakes are made in the earliest stage of a crisis or media scrutiny.

I have worked with trust crises and crisis communication for 20 years and have solid hands-on experience of complex crises, media scrutiny and media training of spokespeople ahead of the most critical situations. I previously held a unique role at a trade association within the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, supporting companies and management teams daily with acute crisis management and media training. Before that, I worked as a PR and crisis consultant at a global PR agency. I have also spent seven years researching trust crises and crisis communication at Uppsala University, and am described as Sweden's most academically qualified crisis manager. I lecture frequently and am often interviewed in the media as a crisis expert.
